Criminal Code, S.C. 1953-54, c. 51, s. 133.[Limitation.]133. No proceedings for an offence under section 143, 144, paragraph (b) of section 145, or under section 155, 156 or 157 shall be commenced more than one year after the time when the offence is alleged to have been committed.
